Lady Gaga is looking for a $20 million penthouse.
The 'Poker Face' singer and her fiance Taylor Kinney are currently hunting for a new home on Manhattan's Upper West Side, close to her parents' Cynthia and Joe Germanotta's house, and the couple have told realtors they want a home with a terrace or outdoor space.
A source told the New York Post newspaper's Page Six column: "Gaga is looking for a penthouse on the Upper West Side near her childhood home, where her parents still live. She is looking at apartments at around 4,000 square feet, with high ceilings and outdoor space."
The 29-year-old singer has been renting a $22,000-a-month duplex apartment for the last few years and recently admitted she loved the fact the property had a terrace where she could relax outdoors because her fame makes it hard to go out in public without a disguise.
She said: "The most important thing to me about this place is I can come out here and stand outside. That's the best thing. I miss going outside.
"Such is life, I'm blessed in many ways."
As well as a New York apartment, the 'Born this Way' star recently splashed out $24 million on a Malibu estate, where she is expected to marry her actor fiance.
The five-bedroom, 12-bathroom property boasts ocean views, a private gym, pool, Jacuzzi, wine cellar and even a two-lane bowling alley.
The house is situated on six acres of grounds, which also feature a guest cottage, motor court, three-car garage, eight horse stable and riding trails.
